My dad is always complaining about paying insurance and when i ask him can i get a job he always says no i want you to have a better life than i have and i said why you complaining about car insurance then. Set that aside i was wondering i have had my license for about 5 months I drive a Acura integra year 1997 that i worked and put parts and bought the car my self and had friends help me put it together..............But the main reason im here is will my insurance rate go down in a year or will it take longer?

How much should I pay for this car?

Its a red 1993 Acura Integra DA. 217,000 miles ls hatch. 5 speed. guy claims it has gsr tranny in it cause it starts with ys1 serial number. the paint is faded pretty badly. It has a rust spot on the trunk. the interior is decent car has a very nice set of tires. guy is asking 1400 car is located in colorado springs, colorado. it also needs rear suspension work but it drives good.

just wondering, the last car i had was a 92 honda prelude was told it would pass etest so i went and took it to get etested and it filled by co% and NO ppm so the guy said to change the o2 and cat but due to the kms of the car i didnt wanna spend more money so i sold it lol. But now i have a 94 acura integra that i have spent Alot on! so when i go to get it etested i Neeed it to pass. no dash lights are on, i just changed the oil/filter, doesnt blow any smoke but when you step on the gas black stuff does come out of the muffler (car has been sittin for a few weeks since i bought it). i do plan on changing the sparkplugs and wires.. but what else should i change just to be on the safe side, or should i only change the plugs the black stuff that comes out is not smoke, its like water but black lol

its a 94 acura integra, i dont have my g2 yet so it has been sittin since i bought it (for like 3 weeks). i do start it up when i go to where the car is sittin. it was right on E when i got it so i went and put gas in it (half a tank), and have changed the oil and the fiter, it does somewhat make like a putting noise?, and like 3 days ago i took it for a lil drive down the long drive way lol and when i backed it up to turn around ended up getting stuck on ice, so had to give it alot of gas as someone pushed, and doing so i see that theres black stuff on the ground now? that came out of the muffler... why is that?, do i need to replace the cat maybe? or o2 it had the same look as oil, and i do plan on replacing the spark plugs too

Where can I find a CV Axle for a 93 Acura Integra LS?

Someone locate me an entire cv axle from a reputable online auto parts store, dealership, or a a parts shop. Something good I can order. Not the actual joint, but the entire thing. Don't know quite what I'm looking for. There are so many options. My mechanic said I need to replace the entire thing because of the sound I was describing when I make a turn. It makes this brief, but loud squeaking sound. And, the mechanic drove test drove it too, when my acura was in the shop for other repairs recently. Someone else is going to put it in, but what do I buy? Any info will be helpful. The cheapest one, but the best.
