Honda Legend transmission problems. Pops in neutral?

Hi to all. I Have Honda Legend 1996 KA9 3.5L(the same as Acura RL just for european region). I bought it in august 2011. I decided to change fluid in transmission, i made it at Honda Service, 3 times(3.5 liters every time) i mean flush 3.5, and add 3.5liters. Second day after fluid change my transmission gone bad. While i am driving in D4 it does pop's out in neutral(the selector stays in D4). This often happens when i press brake before traffic light and the i press back gas pedal, the engine revs but car doesn't move(like it's in neutral or Parking). To move again i should switch selector to 1 and it stars to move and then on the go i shift it to D4 and it's ok again till the next time i press brake pedal, or i should stop the engine and start again to start moving. Then after about 15 minutes of driving the problem disappear at all, and transmission does shift smooth and correct all four shifts, i can leave car for a few hours and than drive it again without this problem. But next day it appears again. Also in january duringt 3 weeks this problems disappeared at all but few days again it starts again. Also my speedometer stopped working after fluid change(on cold it stays at 0km/h) but when the car is getting warm the speedometers starts to show incorrect speed and hangs. I thought that transmission problem may be related to faulty VSS(vehicle speed sensor). Any suggestion? I don't think it's bad transmission as it does shift very smooth when the car get's warm.
