Help with finding a first car?
I am going to be getting a car soon and i my dad is saying i could give him a wishlist and he will see if anything on it is reasonable. I am a white male who is 16 and a half years old living in Anne Arundel County Maryland for insurance information.
I really would like an SUV, but a car could have its advantages. What i have came up with so far is a 2007 Wrangler 2 door

Kia optima EX or a Hyundai Sonata 2T
Both are around 24k USD or should I just save a bit more and go for Acura TSX ?

I have a 2005 Acura tsx, and evertime i wash the car my passenger head light fails to turn on..?
I try and keep my car clean..but almost all the times i wash my car the light goes out and it doesnt comeback for like 2-3weeks by itself..its one of those high voltage lights only one light goes out and its the passenger side light...i want to take it to the Acura dealer but i dont believe i have suffiecent money to fIx it at a dealer so does anyone know of this problem or any suggestions?
Acura TSX vs Acura TL?
I'm gonna buy a used car this summer and it's definitely gonna be one of these two. I'm looking at a first generation TSX or a third generation TL (04-08). I just want info from people who have/had both or either one. What are some common issues for both? Is the gas mileage a big difference between the TSX's four cylinder vs the TL's six? I love how both of the cars look but I really like the TL's look and the features it has plus it's faster. Which one would be a smarter buy though? Would it be wise to buy an 06-08 model over the older 04-05 model? If so, why? Thanks in advance!!
So I can't use Regular gas for any of the cars? What are the consequences of using regular on these cars?
Which one is more reliable of the two? Is it smarter to buy a newer year from the same generation?
Also forgot to add the type of driver I am -___- lol, Whichever car I get it will be my daily driver as I go to school and work almost everyday. I know in the long run I will end up saving a lot more money with the TSX but I also know with the TL I will be breaking necks. If I buy any of them its gonna be and 06-08 model so they'll both share most of the features like the memory seats and bluetooth calling, but is it wiser to break necks or save a lil more money?

I bought a 2006 Acura TSX (non navigation package). It now has 48,000 miles. I bought it last year from carmax. When I bought the car my credit score was 571. I now have 711 credit score (I was on my ex wife's credit cards, I removed my name so credit score is good now and is improving.)
When I bought the car I got approved at 24% interest which is a lot. I went to refi at capital one and didn't get approved as the payoff amount is 18000. Someone told me that I should go to a credit union.
Should I try a credit union? Should I trade it in for something else? I like technology packages in new cars these days and the mileage doesn't hurt either. How else can I refinance my car?
