Sub help/advice please!?
I am debating on which sub to buy and I need some advice. I have a 2009 Audi s5. The car has a stock shallow mount ten and an amp(not sure the wattage) but I am sure that I need a ten inch 8 ohm sub to work with this amp and to replace the stock sub without any problems. I would also need a free air sub as the stock sub is mounted on the roof of the trunk (unless I mounted a better shallow mount sub with maybe a custom box to mount to the roof of my trunk, which might be an option...) I want the best bang for my buck. Even if I needed to mount a separate inexpensive amp that could be a possibility but I'd rather not. I have been looking at the JL Audio 10W3v3-8 as well as the jl 10W1V2-8. Any suggestions or advise would be great. Thanks
