Disconnecting an airbag?
My parents want to disable the airbag in our car. Do they need to get authorization to get it disconnected? They are worried that if it goes off and I am driving it will kill me. Can a 2003 to 2006 Buick Park Avenue Radio work in a Chevrolet Impala?
I have a 2005 Impala Base model, the radio is good in it, but it only plays cassettes. I was wondering if the radio from the Buick Park Avenue from about the same time would work since I heard one before and it sounds better than the one I have. Granted I will loose features on the Park Avenue model-steering wheel controls and on the Impala-RDS services, adjusting comfort features, and oil life changes. Please help.

when i drive my car good and really run her , she will cut off and will have to chill before cranking back up. but today after work i try to crank her and nothing at all .. not a attempt to crank or no noise whatsoever ! whats going on ?

First off I have a 1998 Buick Park Avenue, the car will not start and I don't know why! I will list all the problems Im having to narrow down what might be wrong, please help!!
Well my car battery keeps dying when the car is off and it is a brand new battery, and now the car finally wont start, even with a jump. When I turn the key over without starting my car in the accessory position the lights and everything come on but when I turn the key to start the vehicle all power cuts out and the car doesnt turn over. I took the battery to autozone today and they said It was good and fully recharged it and my car still didnt start. I even tried jump starting the car and this did not work. I replaced both the battery and the starter in the last year. I thought the car might just have something drawing juice from the battery but, wouldnt it start with a jump then? Also, I believe the cables are fine because all the in-car lights, radio, clock and headlights turn on! Also this problem slowly began but when it was getting to its final day i would watch the electric gage in the car that showed the batttery voltage and as soon as i started the car the voltage of the battery would go from 11/12 volts to 13.8ish which means my alternator is correctly charging the car righrt?
Sorry this is really sloppy ive been messing with this all day and i have work early plus homework still, but could someone please help or give some suggestions, i just put 800 into a headgasket and cannot afford anymore pricy repairs, please help!!!!

I just came with the long list of suggestion from a car mechanic where I just went to have oil change.However he suggest me many things that cost too much of money.It is for Buick Park Avenue 2003.I am going to upload his suggestions here online.Can anyone tell me which things could be avoided and which things i really have to take seriously and also please let me know if his price is really reasonable?I don't even know what will be labor cost.Serious answer only please.Here is the link in his own words...

would an intake manifold gasket cause the motor to hydro lock? the motor will turn freely and very easy when all the plugs are out and if you only put one plug in the motor will turn and till is gets tight again. please help me find out what wrong with my car and what needs to be replaced.

would an intake manifold gasket cause the motor to hydro lock? After you turn the motor by hand with 1 plug in it turns freely and gets in a tight spot and when you take the plug out it will turn freely without getting tight.
