My parents bought me a brand new 2013 Cadillac Escalade and now every girl at school is interested in me?
Now it seems like every time i go to school girls are talking to me now then ever before.. I admit my new ride is sweet but do girls really like girls for material type things like cars? I just got my drivers license and my first week of school i got more phone calls from girls in one week then i have in like 2 whole years asking to hang out, go to the mall, lets kick it and drive around and have lunch etc.. I got 2 different girls asking to hang out with me this weekend. Should i take advantage of this because i know girls like to use people for things and personal gains from what my older brother told me. If i go out this weekend it will be my first date in like 2 years so i know i'm being used but should i just go along with it? I know i don't have the good looks and girls are just using me like most of them do.

My 2000 Cadillac Escalade will not go faster than 20mph. What is wrong with it?
It will get up to 20 mph then it revs up but will not change out of gear. It starts up just fine, there is plenty transmission fluid in it, although it looks kind of old. It will go into reverse, neutral, and drive. I have never changed the transmission filter. The Escalade has 180,000 miles on it and has 24 inch rims. I was told by a place last year that the catalytic converter was bad, but another place said it was fine. Could a bad catalytic converter cause this problem? Also probably not related, but just in case there is some kind of glitch associated with this, the passenger side turn signal dash light is staying on, not blinking but just staying on. The turn signal isn't actually on though.
Please don't answer if you are going to just be a smart ass. I know how to drive a vehicle.

I inherited a house from my grandmother but it needs a whole makeover, the house is a disaster as far as unorganized and cluttered, I sleep in the big bedroom with my daughter, son, husband. I have 2 other daughters who share the smaller room. The front and backyard are also a disaster from plaster, old wood, rocks, my husband has 2 vehicles not working just parked there, car parts. My kids can't even play out in the yard because there is broken glass, nails. Its so over whelming everywhere I look. My husband is trying to do everything by himself to save money but its taking FOREVER!!! I try helping cleaning the yard and with the construction like putting up the drywall and all. I don't have the physical strength to do what I would like to help get it done. I am so ocd its driving me nuts to live like this. I just graduated from college yet still need another 3-4 years of nursing school, but I can't even focus on my studies because of my living situation. I don't know what else to do to not feel so overwhelmed by everything. Usually I have my own room because I'm so OCD and have panic attacks if something isn't the way I want it. I feel like I have no control over anything when I see a mess or clutter. Before we moved here we lived in an apt and we payed 1,200 for rent. Seems like since we moved here all of a sudden my husband plays broke (our house is payed for) only owe property tax which is about 2,000. I know my husband is being greedy trying to save money but he says he doesn't make a lot at work (husband is a jeweler/diamond setting downtown la). He is so greedy he takes toliet paper from his building so he doesn't have to buy it. He makes me feel we are poor yet I have a 2 carat diamond ring and 1 carat earrings and other expensive jewelry, he wears a rolex, I told him to sell my jewelry to pay for the construction and he gets mad. For heavens sake he even drives a cadillac escalade. Whan i do or what should I do? I feel like I have no say so because he is the provider, I just recently started applying for jobs and possibly forget about nursing school because since he acts so greedy I want to save to pay for construction or whatever else. Its embarrassing how he takes utensils from restaurants and things of that nature. I'm so irritated by his behavior.What can i do or what should I do?
16 year old looking for a car.....?
I'm currently 16, about to turn 17, and am looking for a car. I have $40K saved up in my car fund and my father says that he will match whatever I have. Therefore I am looking for a car up to $80K. Gas money is out of the question because I have a steady job right now and still have more money saved up. College fund is already topped off, so I don't want people to say save your money etc... This is not my life's savings. Also, please don't just leave comments about me being a spoiled brat or something, if you don't like this question, please just move on to the next one. I live in a upper scale neighborhood, nothing really fancy but not too bad. I'll have access to a one car climate controlled garage. I don't want a huge car like a Cadillac Escalade ESV, but nothing so small that I would never be able to fit in. New or used is fine with me as along as it's not really old. The musts for this car are:
- Navigation
- Power/heated seats
- Parking cameras
- Leather seats
- Some good acceleration
I don't necessarily have to have a second row but it would be nice. Remote start is also another nice thing. Location doesn't matter to me. Thanks to everyone's help in advance! I have asked this question previously and I really liked these cars:

Effect of 17" rimmed tires on vehicle sold with 16" rimmed tires?

I just purchased a '98 Suburban 4x4 which left the factory with LT245/75R16s. However, the person I purchased it from had installed 17" rims from a 2005 Cadillac Escalade with LT265/75R17 tires.
I am pretty certain that because of the larger tires, this Suburban will actually travel faster than the speedometer indicates, and show less mileage on the odometer than has actually been accrued. Would there be any "ill effect" to the truck running these rims and tires to either the electronic speed sensors or the drive train?

Should i buy 06 Cadillac escalade with 222000miles for $7000?
So I've been looking at suv and I found an 06 Cadillac escalade with 222000 I know its going to be a gas hog but its ok with me it drives great but I'm not so sure what if it doesn't go past 300000 miles should I just pass and look somewhere else? Also what would be the cheapest website for a history report?
