2000 chevrolet impala will not start up right away?
when i try to crank, it will not start. you have to wait, sometime about 5minutes of trying to start before it starts. I already put on a new starter. Sometimes when im driving the gauges on the instument cluster seem to reset also, any answers appreciated.
what 4 door cars are sporty looking?
I am browsing cars to get an idea of what car to look for when I am ready to buy. I want a somewhat sporty looking 4 door car.
Now I know Evo's are really nice looking sports cars but that is a little too sporty for me, same with sti's and stuff. I'm a girl, to me those look like guy cars Lol but i do want a car that looks somewhat sporty.
I dont like the looks of impalas or the ford focus either... but I do kind of like the look of the Chevrolet cobalt SS if that helps....I just want a 4 door though
What are other cars I can look at?
The year matters a little to me, I'm not looking to race, it doesnt even have to be an actual sports car, just look like one lol

2008 Chev Impala Transmission shifting hard?
I drive a 2008 Chevrolet Impala and a few times recently I've noticed the transmission is behaving oddly. It usually happens shifting from first to second gear. I'll open the throttle up and it'll rev up to 4k rmps and then it will shift hard. I don't think it's the trans fluid, i just got it changed out less than 2 weeks ago.
Automatic transmission
engine has ~80k miles
Anything helps, I've heard it could be the filter; I'm not sure when it was last changed as i bought it about 10 months ago used from a dealership.
It doesn't happen every time, just a few times out of many.
Fluid is all pink no burning smells or anything.
My bad i mean added not changed, didn't get it changed.
Haven nocking feel when switching gears?
hi, i have a 2006 chevrolet impala and i recently bought it like 3 days ago recently. Everything drove completly fine when i test drove. very smoothe, very quiet, i couldnt even feel nothing when it switched gears, (automatic) . Well i noticed that earlier today it randomly jumped when i went to take off then it started to jump when it would switched gears... it wasnt a big jump it was a small kinda sharp nocking feel to it. it switched gears on time like it was sapose to except for the not smooth feelin then i parked it turned the car off then about 30 min later i got back into the car drove off and now itz completly fine. Car runs like bran new all over agian???? so it seems when i turned it off then back on the problem went away completly. what can this be i am completly lost about this? i can use any advice that i can. thank you.

I have 2 leaking tires on the back of my car (please read)?
Okay I have 2 leaking tires on the back of my car. The tires are older and are on chrome rims. Every 2 weeks when I check them they are down to 15-20 psi. My front tires are on chrome rims as well but they don't leak. I have 3 other tires mounted on rims (2 on steel and 1 mounted on an ugly Chevrolet alloy rim). I am tired of putting air in those 2 tires (no I am not going to fix them). I don't plan on getting new tires until October/November. Should I go ahead and pay a mechanic to put on 2 of my other tires that don't leak and wouldn't match the front 2 or should I just keep on putting air in the 2 back tires so I have matching rims? The car is a 2004 Impala base. What would you do?
The 3 other tires I have are the same size as the tires I have on my car.
The chrome rims I have are rusty and I have all 4 steel rims that came with the car. So when I plan on getting new tires I am going to use the steel rims since I never had any problems with them.
My rear interior lights won't come on?
My 2001 Chevrolet impala. Rear interiors just stopped working out of the blue. Checked the fuse and it was fine.. I'm stumped. Maybe the bulbs burnt out?
