Is there any way to fight a car dealership's "bait and switch" scam?

So about a month ago I went to a dealership after seeing a beautiful 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan sitting out front for just $2000. The mileage was extremely low, and it was immaculate. But when I went in to inquire about it they told me it was sold, and immediately directed me to another van on their lot that was priced for four times as much. When I asked why the Dodge had been so low when it was a better quality vehicle he gave me a run-around story about it being a private sale by another employee. I ended up leaving. Every week I drive by and the van's still there. Now a month later it's still there. I stopped in again, got a different sales person, and he told me the van had just sold a few hours before I came in. When I told him I'd been told that a month ago he told me I was mistaken and it'd only been on the lot for a day. Basically he called me a liar to my face. So I left again. It's obvious the dealership is using this vehicle to scam people into stopping in. Can I do anything about it?

2004 Dodge Grand Caravan no spark problems?

I have a 2004 Dodge Caravan 6 cylinder 3.3 Liter engine and the code scanner is saying that cylinder 3 and 4 have no spark. I changed the wires and the coil packs but the problem persists. I used a spark plug tester and it is showing that there is no spark at all. I changed the wires and the coil packs again and it is the same problem. I also changed the spark plugs and still giving me the same problem. Those two cylinders are still good, I did a compression check so I know the engine is still good. I checked the fuel injectors and they are good too. What Could it be?

ok so I was driving and needed to reverse I went to far and shifted into second gear on the gear panel and tried to get it back down to drive. I pulled really hard and all the sudden there was no more resistance and then when i shifted to park my van wouldn't park, in reverse my van drove forward. What is wrong??

Why can't I pay burned CDs in my car's stereo?

I put my burned CD in my car and it didn't work, but it plays regular CDs perfectly. So I put my burned CD in my mom's van and it worked like any other CD. Why won't my burned CD play in my car's stereo? I used a CD-RW disc and my car is an 2005 Hyundai XG350L. My mom's van is a 2008 Dodge Grand caravan SXT. Can I get an external CD player that plugs into my speakers that play burned CDs? Or is there a simple solution. Oh I almost forgot, when I put the burned CD in my car it acts and displays like a normal CD but then a few seconds after that it displays a message that states ER6 Any help or tips or anything would help. i bought a dodge grand caravan from a guy, at first it was fine then check engine light came on, my alternator went bad and we had replaced it then everything was fine for about a week then the light came on again, then one night i went to go crank my van and it wouldnt crank, a friend came over and cleaned something thats like the ground wire? something that had to do with ground, he said it was dirty and he cleaned it off and it cranked right up, the next day we went out in the van and the check engine light started flashing.. theres no pausing in the flashes, it will stay on about 30 seconds then start flashing.. its a 1996 dodge grand caravan,...if anyone has any idea what it could be please help. i know you can take it to auto zone and get the codes checked ive tried that and the scanner wouldnt read my van..???? anyone???
