where can I buy a quality car cassette player?
I have a Ford Bronco II 1988 and trying to keep it as original as possible with some minor upgrades. I want a Cassette player. I have seen a few Pyle cassette players on Amazon but quality seems to be an issue. I know they are cheap but they have USB ports and slots and etc, etc. Does anyone know where I can buy a QUALITY cassette player that would also have a USB port and MP3 and all that stuff like the Pyle ones do. Really at this point I'll pay the price of quality. Something that I can adjust Bass and Treble and all that stuff. I found a couple OEM's in a local junk yard but all the extras on this Pyre sound pretty enticing. PLEASE help!!! any Ideas? FYI The car is fully rebuilt; suspention, power steering, engine complete rebuilt, brakes, etc, etc, already invested 4,800 bucks on it and all it needs is a stereo and body work, it's a project car and want to finish it by next week.
Bronco II V6 to Cadillac V8 conversion?
I have a 1983 bronco II with a 2.8l carbureted V6 engine that I was wanting to swap out for more power and fuel efficiency. I haven't found very many engines, of any make, that have a good power/efficiency ratio, but on the seventh generation Cadillac Deville, GM used a small 4.6l V8 that had 300 horsepower and about 28 MPG. Would it be possible to swap out my engine with this one? would I have to change the transmission or transfer case if I did? Also, if the engines wouldn't match, does anyone know of an engine that Ford/Lincoln made that have similar statistics to the one i described that would fit? Thank you for your replies.
