Need Help Please For A Honda Civic ex 98!?
I Had The engine light on and took it to get checked told me it was a misfire they said change the spark plugs cause they were burned and wont working. So did that changed the wires also, but 2 weeks after the light comes on and starts to flash i also noticed that the car smell like gasoline what could that mean of the light flashing then went solid?
now that u mentioned fuel injector its very burned and one day smke was coming out of it could tht be it?

Now to my question, is the needle supposed to go down to the 'E' mark when you turn the car off completely or is it supposed to stay in the same spot on how much fuel you have in your tank.
A/C filter on a 2009 Honda Accord?
My local car mechanic replaced the original A/C filter on my Accord with a filter that did not fit in the housing, so he used a razor to cut off one layer of the filter so that it fit into the housing. Ever since then, I had to turn the knob higher for the cool air conditioning in my car to get the cooling capacity where it used to be before I got the filter replaced. back then, I just had to barely turn on the knob for my cabin to experience a high amount of cooling from the A/C. Please let me know if my car mechanic was doing the wrong thing by force-fitting the filter into the housing! Does the wrong size of filter actually block air flow? any technical detail is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
2002 honda accord flashing check engine light and extremely rough idling?
i added some oil because i was low, that didnt seem to fix the problem. when the car is idling its is a very slow pop-pop-pop-pop but when i give it gas it goes away. also, if im driving on flat or slighly downhill ground the light stays on, but stops blinking. when i go uphill it begins blinking again. any ideas?

My 98 Honda Prelude overheats when at stop lights?
I have a 98 Honda Prelude it ran just fine and all the sudden it started over heating well we let it cool down and let my boy friends brother drive it and he said that it just shut off on him but never over heated. It wouldn't turn on and we changed the spark plugs and the spark plug wires. We changed the oil drained the radiator and put in a new thermostat. It started to run fine and cranked up good. Well we were going down the road and stopped at a stop light and it started to over heat again we took off and it cooled down. Then all the sudden we started having trouble getting it to start up. You have to pump the gas real fast for it to start. Please help and don't be rude. I am a girl so i don't know much about this stuff.

am using stepper motor with a pulley fitted to it's shaft. and a accelerator wire connected to tat pulley. through which am controlling the carburetor throttle.. the stepper motor am using is 12v and torque of 28.4N-cm... and it is not pulling the carburettor wire.. am using this in kinetic honda. wat should i do?? should i hav to increase the high capacity motor?? if s how much torque is required?? wat stepper motor can i use??
