Smoked tail lights street laws?
I live in ca and I have an all black truck and I want to get some smoked LED tail lights, but I am afraid of getting to many fix it tickets. Whats up with all of the new prius's, lexus suv's etc? They all have clear tail lights, only the bulb is red so it only looks red when you step on the brakes. How are those legal, but a set of LED smoked tail lights that are brighter than my stock ones are not? The law says they have to look red from 100 feet away, but those clear ones obviously don't.
The smoked tail lights that I want to buy are LED, and they have a reflector on them still. It's not paint or film put over the light. I didn't see any reflector on the prius head lights, next time you are next to one look for the reflector and let me know where it is.
Put 3M Double Sided Molding Tape on my emblem, how do I cut out the letters?
Hi! So I wanted to debadge my "Accord" emblem, but figured out that the dealership didn't use double sided tape to begin with. They used glue. So it looked nasty. So I stuck it back on with 3M's molding tape. Stuck on REAL good. But How do I go about cutting out the inside lettering? I really want it to look good, especially because I plan on Plasti-Dipping the emblem's black. Kind of like those Lexus IS350's, with the black emblem's on white. Basically, same concept I'm aiming for. But I don't know if I should take a utility knife and cut out the tape inside the letters? OR Just paint Plasti-Dip on top of it, and then use touch up paint to paint inside the letters instead? What do you think?

John Travolta sued by second masseur claiming actor tried to force happy ending
A second male massage therapist is claiming John Travolta rubbed him in a very wrong way.
The anonymous masseur has joined a federal suit filed in California with accusations the “Pulp Fiction” star groped him and tried to force a happy ending during a private massage in an Atlanta hotel room January 28.
The new plaintiff is represented by the same southern California lawyer who filed a sexual battery lawsuit May 4 claiming Travolta tried to initiate sexual relations with another masseur in a Beverly Hills hotel Jan. 16.
Travolta, 58, blasted the initial suit as a “baseless lie” Monday.
“This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication,” Travolta’s representative told the Daily News. “On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California, and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast.”
Both plaintiffs are listed as John Does in the $2 million amended complaint, first obtained by RadarOnline.com.
The first plaintiff claims Travolta picked him up in a black Lexus SUV, drove him to the Beverly Hills Hotel and then groped him, masturbated openly in his presence and made lewd comments during the course of the $200-per-hour session.
