2001 mitsubishi eclipse gt 5 speed for $3600 a good deal?

I have been looking for a car for under 4000 I want it to be pretty fast and a 5 speed I found a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse gt for 3600 with a brand need clutch and fully loaded in mint condition inside and out which is a good deal in my opinion, but it has 190,000 highway miles on it, from searching on the internet I found a lot of the running fine with over 300,000 miles on them, I am basically wondering if this is a good deal and will last another 40,000 miles at least. and if I buy it the guy will pay for the inspection if it fails I bring the paper to him saying what failed and he will fix it to make it pass

replaced my projector lamp, and now my projector keeps shutting off!?

It was the first lamp replacement the projector got. now, about 2 months later, it suddenly keeps shutting off by itself! for the past month or so, we noticed the screen would start flickering sometimes. our projector is a mitsubishi hd1000. Im not sure what the lamp is.

Mitsubishi Eclipse Battery Problem?

With the old alternator the lights would "blink" only when driving so I bought a new alternator and after about 15 minutes of driving it the car started shutting down and then died. So I bought another alternator and battery and put those in and it did the same thing. The battery and brake light would come on at the same time after reaching 3000RPMs and would stay on. I tightened the belt and just can't think of anything else it could be.

I'm planning to get a Mitsubishi lancer. After warranty runs out, I plan to customize it. Got some questions

I want it upgrade it so it's more sporty. I already know I want to increase the horsepower (which includes making it faster and better acceleration) and create a better sound. I already know I want to add a smart chip and cool air intake. What else should I add to increase what I stated above? (trying to keep total cost below $1,500 USD)
