Squeaky trunk or not ?!?!?
Do anyone know the issue to this problem?, everytime i drive my 2000 nissan pathfinder, the trunk (or the area of the trunk) starts to squeak everytime im on a bumpy road. But when it rains it stops.. i dont understand whats the problem, where is it coming from?

95 nissan pathfinder. wont start ?
3.0 automatic transmission got in one day wouldnt start. doesnt even crank. i hooked up an actron remote starter to the starter and it cranked up and started but doesnt shift and my gauges dont work. i put a load test in the battery and the tester said it was good. any other ideas?

Tips for Negotiating with Car Salesmen?
I'm planning on getting my first car tomorrow. I'm 16 and I want a Hyundai Tiburon GT. I just want to give my parents tips when it comes to negotiating because they tend to be pressured by the salesman and buy the car. For example, when we were getting a Nissan Pathfinder for my dad, we wanted it for $31,000 and they were offering $31,500. Well they started convincing us and blah blah blah and my dad agreed to the $31,500, however the salesman said "let me go ask my manager about that price" then we ended up buying the car for $32,800. If that were me, I would've said "I'm sorry but you guys already offered me $31,500. I'm leaving if I'm not getting the car for $31,500." I asked my parents why they didn't get it for $31,500 and they said "It was late at night and they held us there for 2 hours after they closed." I was around 10 years old back then so I didn't really think about arguing with my parents but now that I'm 16 about to get my first car, I want to tell my parents how I can negotiate. Anyways, can you guys give me some tips. I'm very respectful to all strangers unless they begin to disrespect me. I'll ignore them if they are disrespectful. I also do understand that Car Salesmen's main goal is to make money by selling cars so I can deal with the pressure they put on me. I understand that they deal with the "joyriders" and "rich @$$holes" that go to their dealership everyday just to piss them off. My parents are serious buyers and I'm serious about getting my first car.

Need legal advice about my car situation?
Okay, so I am 21-years-old. Please don't put me down in your answer telling me how stupid I have been. Here goes. My car broke down on me six months ago and I didn't have money to buy a used one from a private dealer, so I took on monthly payments (big mistake). I got it from a small car dealer in my hometown. It is a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder with 187,000 miles on it and I leased it for $10,000. My car payments are $340 p/month and the interest rate is 26% (like I said, please don't judge, I know it was a very stupid decision on my part). Is there anything I can do to make my payments smaller? I put $1000 down and haven't exactly made all my payments on time (life has been a struggle lately). I want to refinance my vehicle but have a credit score lower than 500. Is there a chance I can get it refinanced? I also had a huge falling out with my dealer this week due to myself losing my key and one of their workers completely overreacting to a situation in which was not my fault (miscommunication lead to them thinking I made an appointment to have a locksmith they're connected with come over and fix my car without my permission and I told them I found a cheaper locksmith by $80) and she completely acted so unprofessional calling me an "unappreciative, selfish, little brat." She was literally in my face yelling at me like I am her teenager. I don't want to deal with this dealership anymore, that's why I'd like to refinance. Is there any advice someone can give me about this situation? How can I lower my monthly payments and get this paid off asap? Like I said, I know I haven't been the brightest but I live and learn and I most definitely have learned from this so please avoid putting me down!
