How many miles can todays cars go?

I have a 2008 Nissan Versa SL Hatchback, shes got 32,000 miles on her. I keep her real clean, wash it every first and third weekend of the month ( I put 500 miles on her a week ), I vaccum her every second and fourth weekend of the month, change her oil with mobil 1 fully synthetic extended performance, which guaranteed 15,000 miles between changes, and I use the mobil 1 extended performance filter, also guaranteed 15,000 miles. I'll be keeping rust removed, preventing it with undercoat, take car of her every way I can. You think a car now days could go way past 200,000 miles? I remember the 1990's vehicles getting 150k average before they shit the bed.

Is my axle damaged? Why is there a clicking sound when i turn?

Ok here is the situation. I have a FWD Drive Car - Nissan Versa. I have been hearing a click sound [Something like tak tak tak tak] when i turn moving at slow speeds. It occurs while turning at low speeds [Slow speeds = 20 km/h or less]. It is much greater in any of the following conditions -When the car has just been turned on in the morning... -While reversing -Driving on uneven unpaved road. What could be the reason behind this? anything to do with CV joints Also recently, i was doing 60mph (100kmph), and there was a sudden traffic jam in front of me, which made me HIT the brakes VERY HARD. I dont have ABS, thus the wheels skidded all the way till i stopped. It was a QUICK stop from 100kmph to 0. After that, the car is noisy when i reach speeds of 80kmph. Noisy rotational sounds. Is that due to a damaged axle or bearing or what could it be? Ok and how much would it cost to replace CV joint and how urgent is it? What about the noise which i hear when going at 80kmph and above? Driven about 100 kms after slamming brakes. (It happened 4 days ago)

what do you think of buying an used Toyota Prius "2006,7,8,9,10" I do delivery so I need a hatchback or small car ,good in gas .....my friend told me to buy a Nissan Versa but another friend told me that Versa car only make 28 or less if I run the AC...and the rear seat they are not flat when they are lay down ...what do you think ? I saw in craigslist a prius 2007 with 40 miles on it for 11k......it is good to buy a prius like that or another hatchback car ...I'm in Florida
