What car to buy? SLK 350, S2000 or Poche Boxster?
Im buying a new car in the summer for between £5K-£8K. I'm thinking of either a Merc Slk 350 (04-11), a honda S2000, or a porsche boxster 2.5.
I've currently got a mk4 golf GTI 1.8T. I like it, and the way it drives, so has anyone got experience at driving these cars daily? which is best? Which drives best?
My personal preferences at the minute are:
1) SLK
2)Porche
3) S2000
Why do I feel guilty about having wealthy parents?
Well I'm 13 years old and I go to a normal public school in the UK, and I have 'rich' parents. Of course I enjoy being able to go on lovely holidays and own nice things, but I feel really guilty about it all sometimes. One of my best friends comes from a very poor family and I really hate her coming over because I find it so awkward when she raves about some of the stuff I have and says how she wishes she has my bedroom and stuff, I just kind of smile and change the subject. My dad is just about to buy a new Porsche and I'm going to feel really awkward telling them but they'll get all funny with me if I don't. I'm really excited about it but I'm just so nervous of coming off as a braggart I guess. Also, I hate how people think wealthy teens don't have to worry about anything, it's so not true! I still panic so much about exams and grades and stuff but if people think I'm rich they'll just think that I have a carefree life! Help?!
can i do burnouts with a 944 auto?
i have a porsche 944 85.0 auto 3spd. i know...i know its an auto (sarcastic gasp) but for the hell of it i wanna get it doing a burnout, just for the hell of it! i understand that being an auto it will obviously be quite hard but are there any tricks of the trade? the car is a stock 163bhp. A NEUTRAL DROP IS OUT OF THE QUESTION!!!!!! I dont wanna be buying gearbox's for a porsche!!!
I have found a 1987 Porsche 944 for sale for $500, but it needs a new head gasket? Is it worth it?
It did overheat and I am told that all it needs is a new head gasket. I'm just not sure if how much it would cost to repair this. And I don't know if there is any questions I should ask the seller. So is it worth it? All help is much appreciated, so Thank Y'all ahead of time.

Any sports cars with two seats in front, and at least bucket seats in rear that is newer?
-Hello: I have a 2011 Dodge Challenger RT and it is a lease. I was thinking about getting a 2014 SRT8 when the time is up and have to lease again.
-I wanted to ask, are there any sporty cars out there that have two seats and at least a bucket seat in back. In the next 5 years I plan on marrying and having at least one kid, and cannot drive a strict two seater.
-I had my eyes on a Corvette or Porsche, but that is out of the question to drive three people around. I like my Dodge Challenger, but want to see what else is out there.
-I used to have a 1998 Pontiac Trans AM, and think that car WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT IF THEY STILL MADE IT. That is the kind of car i am looking for : sporty, tight suspension, 2 door, rear wheel drive, powerful, and can fit at least one person in back, even if uncomfortable.
-also, the price can be kinda high too
-Also please don't say new Mustang or new Camaro, as I feel they are not like the Camaros, Firebirds, and Mustangs from years like 1997 and such.
-when answering this question, think of the 1998 Firebird Trans AM and you'll know how Im feeling and why the new Camaro or new Mustang isn't for me.
2002 Porsche Boxster S vs 2003 Boxster Base?
I'm in the market to buy a car and I've narrowed my choices down to these different models of the Boxster. There are several upgrades to the 2003 model that I like including a glass rear window, Bose, a revised center console, etc.. I've read several reviews and they all say that you should get a Boxster S, but I'd probably only be able to afford a 2002 S. Since I won't be racing I'm not sure if the S upgrades would really matter(or be worth getting an older version). Are there more problems with the 2002 or 2003 model? Please give me any of your opinions about the differences between these two models. Thanks. P.S. I'm looking for at ones for about 17k with about 50000 miles, and those two models seem to be about the best for around my price. I may be able to find a 2003 S in my price range, but I just want to know about the 2 models listed.
