Does my teacher like me more than a student?
Alright so he's 23 and I'm 17 and a senior. He just came to our school this year (choral director) When he talks to me he makes direct eye contact the whole time. He always asks me about my boyfriend...He burned me 3 CDs of music he likes that he thought I would like too. We have really good conversations that easily last more than an hour. And we went on a field trip and when my dad came to pick me up he went downstairs to shake his hand. I told him later that my dad said he liked him and he was like what's that supposed to mean? And He started smiling. He randomly had me come into his office and asked what kind of music I was into because "he was interested in what i was listening to" and as I told him he wrote all the musicians down. Then kept the convo going for an hour and a half. He always makes sure the door is propped open whenever I come into his office. He doesn't do this with other students. I think it's cuz he doesn't want people getting the wrong idea and wants to wait to make a move when I graduate. Some days he almost ignores me completely, and other days he acts really friendly. Maybe I'm just reading too much into it, he is a friendly guy. But I feel like he likes me and is waiting til i graduate. Thoughts? I know he wouldn't risk his job for that, he's really sensible.

Hi, I am female, 15 and around 5ft 7. I weigh around 131 pounds. I checked my BMI and it is 20.5
I swim around 2 hours per day, swimming around 5500-6000m and doing times at around 1.30 for 100m freestyle.
I also do around 4 extra hours of sport in the week including a couple of hours of p.e at school (not too much work but i try to burn as much as possible) and I go running with my friend, although not very much.
So my question is this: how much energy am i burning off per day, how much should i eat per day and how much should i weigh?
I am unsure because at swimming we were told to eat all this food and it was ridiculous how much because I don't do that much exercise. However, lots of my friends eat a lot less, even some of the ones who swim.
Anyway, if you can help, please let me know what you think!

A lot of parents who smack say that the naughty-step doesn't work ... Then you ask them, how many times / how long did you try and do it for ... They give you an answer of "Only a few times" or "Not that long" ...

I was fired for asking why I don't get paid overtime?
Please help. My old boss wasn't paying me overtime pay when I worked 40+ hours in a week. When I first asked him about it he brushed me off saying that the this type of work dont get any overtime ( I work at subway restaurant ). I knew he was wrong so I looked it up and showed him the info I had found out. After that he cut my hours in half and told me now I don't have to worry about over time pay. I brought it up again a couple weeks later to him and he fired me. Then when I try to get unemployment he said that I quit and won't give me a termination letter so now I can't get unemployment. Is there any legal action I can take against him or anything I can do about this. Please help

But I lost the receipt...
