Blue and yellow vanity license plates in CA?
I own a 1983 Toyota Celica Supra that's currently being restored. Right now it has it's original blue & yellow plates. What I'd really love to do is get vanity plates for the car, but there's no way I want to give up the blue plates.
I've yet to register the car. What I was thinking was register it, order regular vanity plates from the DMV and then order replica plates from a place that makes them with the same sequence of letters as the DMV plates. Then placing the registration stickers on the replica plates.
Will that work or will that get me into unwanted trouble? Any other ideas?
used 2000-2002 VW Jetta or Passat?
I'm in the market for a newer car but don't want to spend more than $5,000. is a VW Jetta or Passat from the early 2000's (2000, 2001, 2002) a good choice? I've heard that VW's are good, reliable, fuel efficient cars but that when they do need a repair, it will be costly. I'm a teen driver so I want to make sure that I'm spending my money wisely. I know that Toyota's & Honda's are an excellent car for teens and I've done research on them as well, but I'm really looking for information on VW's specifically right now. thanks :)

2008 Toyota Yaris A/C-Heat Trouble?
I have a 2008 Toyota Yaris and just recently have been having complications with the A/C and heat unit. Sometimes when I turn on the power to the unit it will come on and work without a problem. Other times, it will not work at all. Even the blower wont come on. Any possible ideas as to how to fix this or what the problem could be? I am no longer under warranty and can't afford to spend a lot to get it fixed.

2 weeks ago I was driving on the highway to go college I think he saw me driving. he was driving fast.Then I send him message on FB. lolll I saw you today...you were driving fast. Were u getting late for ur class. After that I txted him on his cell and asked him did you get my message on FB. he said yea and he replied to the message. That's just how I drive. After 1 hr he texted me on my cell wat car was I driving? I told him toyota camry. I said don't you drive one too. He said yea and that was you? Just be careful cause there was a cop. 2002 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner?
So I found a used 2002 toyota tacoma prerunner for sale, and on the website it says that it is 4WD, and upon further research, I found a lot of sources saying the prerunner is 2WD. Is there the option of this truck being a 4WD also? It could also be the seller trying to make it sound good by saying prerunner, but how would you tell if a truck is 4WD just by the outside body markings? I would like to know more about this!
